In 2018, Fechii worked with famous universities in China to establish a cooperative Laboratory for fining microcapsule flavor research, focusing on the development of microcapsule flavors. It has advanced experimental instruments such as the Labplant SD-06 spray drying apparatus and the collector type constant temperature heating agitator, etc., to realize the encapsulation technology of flavors, enhance the stability of flavor, and achieve the effect of controlled release.
We use natural or high molecular compound to wrap the fragrance, essential oils up to make water-based microcapsule fragrance emulsion or powder through spray drying and complex coacervation method.
Due to the effect of capsule’s sealing, our microcapsule fragrance can:
1. Effectively restrain the volatilization loss of fragrance
2. Make the fragrance have slow-release function, and its lasting time extends more than 6 times, as well as extends 3 times after multiple washing
